Movie Screening and Panel Discussion: “Indian Horse”

Wanuskewin and The Broadway Theatre welcome Survivors, their families, and our community

Join us Wednesday, September 22nd for a movie screening of “Indian Horse“, an adaption from the late Richard Wagamese novel. Following the movie, join voices from Str8 Up, Wanuskewin Artist-in-Residence, and Prairie Harm Reduction in a panel discussion on the lasting effects of Residential schools, and how organizations and community members are healing.


Location: The Broadway Theatre (715 Broadway Ave, Saskatoon)

Time: 6:30 – 9:00 PM


Please be advised: Movie is rated 14A and is intended for mature audiences. Themes of abuse, course language, and violence. 



Until further notice, when you come to The Broadway Theatre you must:

– wear a mask in all common areas until seated and preferably only being unmasked while consuming concession goods;

-distance yourself by at least six feet from patrons outside your bubble – which is easily facilitated by our reduced capacity of 150 max -register yourself as an attendee for contact tracing.
