It's your special day and we want to be a part of it! We offer ceremonial venue space and reception options to make for a memorable occasion.
Please note: We have a no alcohol policy on site at Wanuskewin Heritage Park, so we cannot accommodate events wanting alcohol as part of the reception.
We are excited to initiate the next phase of renewal at Wanuskewin. New construction going forward will include expansion of our Interpretive Centre, gallery spaces, and meeting rooms. Also, a bison herd will be established as a new outdoor experience in the months to come! You can see the exciting updates along the way HERE
We are an ACTIVE construction site with fencing on both sides of the building outside, and redirected access.
TRAIL ACCESSIBILITY IS LIMITED. Please call the main line 306-931-6767 ext. 9, for more information on current trail accessibility.
Amphitheatre Rental (outdoor only – please note CONSTRUCTION is adjacent to space, and access is rerouted into 2020)
- Auditorium style seating in Amphitheatre can accommodate up to 300 people
- Rental Rate: $450.00
- *NO indoor space booked for contingency with this option, only the outdoor space booked*
- Please note: the Amphitheatre is used for our daily dance performance at 2 p.m. from May – August, so ceremony times need to be finished before 2 p.m., or start after 3 p.m.
- Rental includes:
- the Amphitheatre space and use of sound system and wi fi (All additional chairs and decorations need to be rented and brought in)
- site admission for your guests, and access to the trails and Interpretive Centre
- Regular site hours for bookings are:
- May – Sept – 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily
- Oct – April – 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Mon – Fri, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Saturdays, CLOSED Sundays & STAT holidays
- Anything before or after those hours are subject to an additional outside hours rental charge.

- We are excited to launch our brand new facility in 2020, with a capacity of up to 350 seats. We will be posting new pricing, specs, and photos once they are available.

- You can also rent a different outdoor space on site for larger groups, or indoor open spaces for after hours based on availability.
