Designed to delight the senses, Han Wi Moon is a celebration of the Northern Plains—people, landscape, ingredients, and culture.

Your evening begins with a 45-minute guided walking tour of the site where you’ll learn about the culture, history, and science of the land. You’ll be welcomed to the dinner table by panoramic views of the South Saskatchewan river and opimihāw Valley.

Before enjoying a three-course meal prepared by Chefs Jenni Schrenk and Kirk Borchardt, you’ll have the opportunity to roast bannock over an open fire. Sip tea and indulge in the seasonal flavours foraged from the valley below: wild berries, mushrooms, sunchokes, and more.

As the prairie sun gives way to the beautiful Saskatchewan night sky, a Dakota star storyteller will close the evening with ancient star stories.
