DAILY Drop-In Programs – open 7 days a week!
*PROGRAMS ADJUSTED FOR WEATHER (Wind, Rain, Heat, Smoke)*
DAILY July & August (& Sept 1) – open 9:30-5
Stat Holidays (July 1, August 7) open 10 – 5
• 10:00 a.m. – Guide’s Choice interpretive program! * (staff pick!) This could be anything from Tipi Teachings or Traditional Games to Archeology! See some of the possible tour options here
• 11:00 a.m. – Bison Walk
• *1:00 p.m.* – Daily Dance or Music Presentation (call ahead to see who will be presenting!)
• 2:00 p.m. – Guide’s Choice (indoor or outdoor guided tour)
• 3:30 p.m. – Bison walk
• 5:00 p.m. – full site (including trails and playground) CLOSED
*PROGRAMS may be adjusted or updated through season*
SPECIALTY PROGRAMMING DAYS ON SITE:
July & August – Visit with Marcy Friesen Artist in Residence!
August 7 – LONG WEEKEND programming day
Kids Camp weeks:
July 10 – 14, 2023 – Archeology Focus “Uncovering the Past” (NO SPACES OPEN)
July 17 – 21, 2023 – Arts Focus “Colours of the Plains”
July 31 – August 4, 2023 – Land Focus “Learning from the Land”
Han Wi Moon Dinner:
August 23, 24, 25, 26!
