Join us for our Indigenous Artisan Holiday Market this December!

Saturday & Sunday –  December 14 & 15 – 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Wanuskewin’s Indigenous Artisan Market showcases Indigenous Artists, Artisans, and Entrepreneurs in and around our community, and Wanuskewin is excited to welcome you and your family out for the weekend. There will be cultural programming throughout the day, and many different shopping opportunities from a variety of vendors.

    • admission includes access to all of our vendors, as well as our trails, exhibits, galleries, and all of the public programming throughout the day!

  • 12:00 p.m. – Drumming/Storytelling – Darrell Paskimin
  • 1:00 p.m. – Men’s Prairie Chicken Dance Presentation and Singing
        • Chase Netmaker & Darrell Paskimin
  • 2:00 p.m.  – Drop-in Traditional Games (indoor)
  • 3:00 p.m. – Hoop Dance Presentation – Lawrence Roy
  • 5:00 p.m. – full site (including trails and playground) CLOSED

Sun, Dec 15, 2024:

  • 10:00 a.m. – Market Tables Open! & Scavenger Hunts
  • 11:00 a.m. – Tipi Teachings (indoor)
  • 1:00 p.m. – Hoop Dance Presentation – Lawrence Roy
  • 2:00 p.m. – Drop-in Traditional Games (indoor)
  • 3:00 p.m. – Grass Dance Presentation and Singing
        • Adam Merasty & Elmer Tootoosis
  • 5:00 p.m. – full site (including trails and playground) CLOSED
