Artist

tânisi nitôtêmak! I’m Honey Constant-Inglis (They/She) I am an Artist, Archaeologist, and Heritage Educator from Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation. I own Honey Willow nêhiyaw Studio (@HoneyWillowCreations)
Honey Willow nêhiyaw Studio is an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone on their reconciliation journey. Our community is the heart of our work that honours Indigenous heritage through workshops, beadwork, and community initiatives. We create space for dispelling myths, turning theory into practice, and connecting meaningfully with one another.
I’ve been beading since I was a teen but it was not until four years ago that I started beading almost every day. Since then I’ve been fortunate to create artwork full time and be my own boss! My favourite part of beading is creating something that people feel beautiful, powerful, or amazing in. I create my fire colour beadwork with the intention that you feel strong, valued, and acts as a visual reminder that you are loved.
